- Related remedial electrical works
All reports and certificates are issued based on inspection findings at the time of attendance.
We cannot guarantee that a property or installation will pass inspection before testing has been completed.
3. Quotes & Bookings
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry.
Prices may change if:
- Property details are incorrect
- Additional work is required
- Access limitations affect the inspection
- The scope of work changes
A booking becomes confirmed once we accept your appointment request.
4. Access to Property
You are responsible for ensuring safe and suitable access to the property.
This includes access to:
- Consumer units
- Electrical installations
- Meters
- Sockets and circuit
- Fuse boards
Any required testing locations
If access is unavailable or restricted, additional charges may apply.
5. Appointment Times
Appointment windows are approximate and may vary due to traffic, emergencies, previous job delays, or operational issues.
We will always attempt to notify you if delays occur.
6. Payments
Payment terms may vary depending on the service booked.
We may require:
- Full payment in advance
- Deposits for larger works
- Payment upon completion
Certificates and reports may not be released until payment has been received in full.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as early as possible.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in:

- Call-out charges
Charges may also apply if our engineer cannot gain access to the property.
8. Inspection Results & Certification
Inspection outcomes are based on:

Certificates or reports may contain:

- Recommendations
- Coded faults
- Required remedial actions
Additional remedial work may be required before a satisfactory report can be issued.
9. Remedial Works
Any remedial electrical work is quoted separately unless specifically included in writing.
Re-inspections or additional testing may incur extra charges.
10. Customer Responsibilities

- Ensure utilities are available where required
- Inform us of any known hazards or risks
